We are located on Maitland Avenue, between George Avenue and Sybelia Ave. Go north on Rt 17-92 from Rt 426, or head south on Rt 17-92 from Rt 436 ... head east on Horatio ... go north on Maitland Avenue ... you'll see our office on the left in the Maitland Square Office Park.
Our office is located next door to the Maitland Post Office.
Coming from North (Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Lake Mary, Sanford) on I-4
Traveling from the north....take I-4 (Interstate 4) southbound until you reach Exit 90A, which is the Maitland Boulevard Exit, EAST bound. Take Exit 90A, it will curve to the left, and then turn left at the light. On Maitland Boulevard travel approximately 1 mile until you reach Maitland Avenue (You will see the Jewish Community center tennis courts on your right hand side). Turn right and travel about 1/4 mile until you see the 'Maitland Square' sign on your right hand side. We are located in the first building 'A' in Suite A3.
Coming from North East (Sanford, Winter Springs, Casselberry)
Traveling from the north on 17-92, travel southbound on 17-92 until you reach the Maitland Boulevard Exit on your right hand side, just past the Porsche dealership. Travel on Maitland Boulevard approximately 1/4 mile until you reach Maitland Avenue. Take a left (south) onto Maitland Avenue and travel approximately 1/4 mile until you see the 'Maitland Square' sign on your right. Take a right into the office complex. We are located in the first building 'A' in Suite A3.
Coming from Apopka (North-West)
Take US 441 southbound. Turn left on to US 414 (Maitland Boulevard) eastbound. Travel approximately 1/2 mile until you reach Maitland Avenue (You will see the Jewish Community center tennis courts on your right hand side). Take a right and travel about 1/4 mile until you see the 'Maitland Square' sign on your right hand side. We are located in the first building 'A' in Suite A3. Come on in to a smiling face.
Coming from South (Downtown Orlando, Kissimmee, Doctor Philips)
Take I-4 (Interstate 4) northbound until you reach Exit 90A. This is Maitland Boulevard East. Take a right at the end of the exit onto Maitland Boulevard. Travel approximately 1/4 mile until you reach Maitland Avenue (You will see the Jewish Community center tennis courts on your right hand side). Take a right and travel about 1/4 mile. You will see the 'Maitland Square' sign on your right hand side. We are located in the first building 'A' in Suite A3.
Coming from South (Winter Park) on 17-92
Take 17-92 (Orlando Avenue) northbound till you reach Horatio Avenue. Take a Left (west) and travel 200 yards till you reach Maitland Avenue. Take 17-92 (Orlando Avenue) northbound until you reach Horatio Avenue. Take a left (west) and travel 200 yards until you reach Maitland Avenue. Take a right and you will see the sign for 'Maitland Square' on your left hand side. It will be just past the Post Office. You will need to travel just past the 'Maitland Square' sign and make your first U-turn at George Avenue. Continue on Maitland Avenue and turn into 'Maitland Square' office complex. We are located in the first Building 'A' in Suite A3.
