ULTRA STRONG NUMBING GEL
|
Since 1974, when Maitland Family Dentistry starting seeing patients in Orlando and all of Central Florida, dentists have been using numbing gel prior to anesthetic. This has traditionally been a 20% benzocaine gel, very similar to Ora-Gel that you can get from the drug store. Up until about five years ago that was the best that we had.
We have since discovered the use of a much more powerful numbing gel that consists of a blend of three different anesthetics that increase the effectiveness of the numbing prior to the anesthetic.
